   1.    Scooping and Disposal:

    •    Poop will be scooped, double-bagged, and left in a designated garbage bin or spot as agreed. There will be no smell whatsoever.

    2.    Sanitization:

    •    All equipment will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each scoop to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.

​

    3.    Payments:

    •    Invoices will be emailed via Jobber on the 1st of each month

    •    If you sign up mid-month, you will only be charged for the remaining weeks in that month.

•    Payments are due on the 1st of every month for weekly services provided during that month

•    Payments accepted include all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  

 4.    Cancellation Policy:

    •    If you decide to cancel halfway through the month, we will continue service for the remainder of that month, as payments are non-refundable.

    •    Exceptions will be made for circumstances such as the loss of a pet.

    5.    Reviews:

    •    Leaving a review is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated, as it helps our small business grow.

​

    6.    Referral Discounts:

    •    When you refer a friend to Doggy DooDoo Removal and they sign up for weekly services, you will receive a $30 credit after they paid for their first month.

​

    7.    Pet Safety During Visits:

    •    For everyone’s safety, please keep your dogs indoors during service visits unless they are exceptionally friendly and won’t interfere with our work.

​

    8.    Service Notifications:

    •    You will receive text updates when we are on our way and when the service is complete.

​

    9.    Snow Policy:

    •    During snowfalls, you will still be charged for the week even if scooping is skipped due to snow accumulation.

    •    Once the snow melts, we will thoroughly scoop all accumulated poop, including what’s underneath the snow.

    

   10.    Service Area Boundaries:

    •    We mostly service Sparta, NJ, but also serve the rest of Sussex County and most of Morris County too

    

   11.    Service Guarantees:
