❓Do I need to be home during service? Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we’ll take care of everything while you’re at work or out. Gates are always closed behind us.
❓How often can you come? We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one time cleanups depending on your needs. Weekly is our most popular option for families and multiple dog homes.
❓What if my dog is in the yard? We love dogs! If your pup is friendly, they can stay outside. If they’re protective, we ask they’re kept inside or in a separate area during service.
❓What happens to the waste? We double bag everything and place it securely in your outdoor trash bin. For health and safety reasons, we don’t transport waste off property
❓What if it rains or snows? We scoop rain or shine! Only extreme weather (lightning, heavy snow, or unsafe driving) will cause a short delay or cancellation of a scoop day. We will always text you to notify you of any schedule changes.
